Courtney brings experience, determination, and a hands-on approach to every project, helping clients navigate the process with clarity and confidence.
She is passionate about helping landowners maximize their property’s potential and believes every piece of land has a story waiting to unfold. Whether it’s a family home or a larger development, she works closely with clients to turn ideas into reality.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, and quiet moments by the water.
Caleb Wade
Project Manager
Caleb brings a fresh perspective and strong attention to detail to every project. He supports project coordination and helps ensure that each step of the development process runs smoothly.
With a passion for problem-solving and working with people, Caleb enjoys the unique challenges each project brings. His dedication and work ethic contribute to delivering efficient and organized project outcomes for clients.
Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, working on cars, and playing soccer and piano.
Logan Wade
GIS Site Planning Specialist
Logan works with mapping technology to collect, manage, and analyze location-based data. Using tools like ArcGIS he creates maps and visuals that help people better understand and interpret land information. A big part of his job is making sure geographic data is accurate and up to date. He combines information from different sources like field data, GPS, and databases and turns it into clear, useful maps. He helps teams/clients use this information to make better decisions, whether it’s planning projects, locating assets, or solving real-world problems.
Overall, he turns complex geographic data into simpler visuals and insights that others can easily understand and use.
Whittney Barnes
Creative Marketing & Business Relations Director
She has worked in nearly every area of the business, giving her a well-rounded perspective in her role today. She brings hands-on experience across all aspects of operations, with a current focus on creative marketing and building strong client relationships. With a background in project management and previous experience with the company, she brings both efficiency and insight to everything she does.
Outside of work, she runs a tight ship at home as well, prioritizing time with her family and enjoying games whenever she can fit them into her schedule.
